What You Need to Know
1. Order Processing
- All orders received before 1 pm on a business day are dispatched on the same day.
- Orders received on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Times
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some orders may require additional processing time, but we strive to dispatch them as promptly as possible.
3. Delays & Verification
- Delays may occur due to credit card issues or address verification, especially if billing information is incorrect. Please ensure your delivery and billing information is accurate to avoid delays.
4. Rural & Residential Deliveries
- New Zealand: Rural and certain residential areas may require an extra day for delivery. Please allow 1-3 additional business days for rural delivery.
- United States: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as APO/FPO may not be trackable due to military restrictions.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- New Zealand & Australia: If your order does not arrive within one week, please contact us. For courier terms, contact us within 7 days to ensure any issues are resolved promptly.
- United States: Orders are shipped, on average, within 24 hours of placement. Most orders are received within 4-10 business days from order time.
🌎 International Shipping – Australia & United States
Australia
- Your order, shipped via tracked courier, should reach major cities within 5-10 days, other destinations within 10-12 days, and more remote areas within 12-14 days.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, please contact us. While most orders arrive duty-free, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival.
United States
- All U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable carrier: UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and P.O. Boxes ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- Please allow 4-10 business days for delivery.
