How do i place an order?

There are quite a few ways to place an order with FragranceShop. Search or browse the site for the items you would like to purchase. You can also go to categories and select the item you want to buy. Click on the “View Cart” to review your order, including the delivery fee Click “Proceed To Checkout” to enter your delivery details Enter your full address Choose to pay by credit/debit card, LAYBUY or Afterpay and securely enter your details Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from hi@fragrance.business with your order details.

How do i update my account details?

You can update your account settings using the Profile and Settings option in My Account. You can also update your personal details, password, addresses etc.

An item in my order has been cancelled, why?

Unfortunately, if we are not been able to secure all items in your order. You will be contacted by email as soon as possible and a refund will be processed. You will be refunded the same way you paid. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your refund to process.

Can i cancel my order after my purchase?

We are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been processed. If we haven’t processed the order yet, you can contact us for a refund. This will be assessed on case by case basis

Can i pickup my order?

We do not offer any pick-up at the moment. Our warehouse is not designed for pick ups.

Can i track my order?

We send you the tracking information once our courier label is generated. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there

Can i change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We might be able to change the delivery address, it depends on case by case basis. Please email us if you find your address is invalid and we will try our best to help you.

What are your delivery time-frames?

We always strive to ensure on-time delivery, there might be instances when package may be delivered past the confirmed date. You can read about delivery time-frames from Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to process my order?

We deliver your order within 24 hours after receiving the payment. Sometimes payment is delayed due to 3rd party payment gateway system, in that case your order can take up to 48 hrs. So, please wait for at least 48 hrs before contacting us about the shipment of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping to Australia and a few other selected countries. Please note that when your package arrives in your country, it may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the customs authorities. These charges are beyond our control, and we are unable to determine the exact costs in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding the applicable taxes and fees.

Return Eligibility

– You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
– The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
– Fragrance testers and sample vials are non–returnable.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items

– If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds Eligibility

– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Processing Time

– Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after we have received your return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
