4. Rural Deliveries:
- Rural and certain residential areas may necessitate an extra day for delivery. It’s important to note that rural parcels cannot be signed for at delivery points. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery after the parcel has been signed for as ‘rural’.
5. Delivery Timeframe:
- If your order does not reach you within one week from the date of purchase, please get in touch with us. If we don’t receive contact within 7 days, it will be considered outside our terms of trade with the couriers, and we won’t be responsible for lost or misplaced items during transit.

- Your order, shipped via a tracked courier, should reach major cities within 5-10 days, other destinations within 10-12 days, and more remote areas within 12-14 days.
